Please take a few minutes to complete the Healthy Habits Needs Assessment. Surveys are available in the Narthex or by scanning the QR code.
Your participation will help identify our parish community's health and wellness needs and inform future programs that support well-being in body, mind, and spirit. As Fr. Troy reminds us, our bodies are gifts from God, and caring for them through healthy habits is an important act of stewardship.
Thank you for helping build a healthier parish community. For more information, contact Lindell at Drmljoseph@gmail.com
